Twin Peaks Love
I don't know if any of you have ever watched the show Twin Peaks, but if you haven't, you really should--murder, intrigue, love, madness, creepy visions, tables full of donuts --it has it all, and is one of the best shows I've watched in a long time. Luckily a lot of other people love it too, and have created some awesome art that you can look at and make yourself. Hope you enjoy some of my favourites!

29 Leaps: Comment Love
I thought for something fun to do for the 29 Leaps project (see my post about it here) that I'd share the comment love to 29 of my fellow bloggers. I'm usually more of a reader of blogs than a commenter, unless I really force myself, although I know how inspiring it is for me to get comments on my posts. The Last Unicorn - Handmade Lovelies
Have any of you seen the movie The Last Unicorn? I have it on today as I'm working away at home, and am remembering how much I loved it when I was a kid. I started looking around to see if anyone had made any items inspired by the movie. Here are some of my favourites.

A Little Sherlock Holmes Love
I realized lately that A LOT of my reading, show-watching and movie-watching has revolved around Sherlock Holmes. I've recently read The Memoirs of Sherlock Holmes, and the boy and I went to see the new Sherlock Holmes movie last night, which we'd been waiting to see together, since we'd gone to see the first one when I first moved to Guelph, which was just a little over two years ago this month. Time certainly flies!
At any rate, I'm going to share some of my favourite Sherlock Holmes related images and crafts, since I'm so obsessed of late!
Some of the book covers and art for Sherlock Holmes books are amazing
Plus, Robert Downey is pretty full of awesomeness!
I've also been watching the BBC Series, Sherlock on Netflix, and it was pretty darn good as well!
Also, what's not to love about Sherlock Holmes inspired crafts? I love this felted soap, detective beagle pillow and moustachioed cowl !

Thanksgiving Table- Inspiration Ideas
We're having a person or two over for Thanksgiving dinner this year, and I've been thinking of some ways to make the table pretty that won't take me a lot of time and that express my love of all things fall! I've done some pretty fancy ones at my parents house (tried to find the pictures, but failed for today--will hopefully share on the weekend) but simple will definitely be better this time, especially due to the size of my table! Here are a few ideas I've found so far for inspiration.

I was feeling really inspired by the coming of autumn the other day as well as wanting to spruce up my desktop background, so I thought I'd make up a quick desktop background out of one of my recent photos.
