Family. Baking cookies and decorating them together, decorating the tree, playing board/card games in front of the fireplace with a cup of hot cocoa. To me Christmas is about the time spent together. :)

My favorite part of the holiday season is the smell. All those yummy cookies, cakes and pies baking, roasted turkey, pine trees... It's just a sensory overload.

ReplyDeleteshhhhhh! This is my favorite giveaway I've seen. shhhhh! Don't tell anyone :) Love...LOVE the nativity scene and scripture ornament fabric!! My favorite part of Christmas is seeing Christmas again through my 4 yr old son's eyes. Certain things he does brings back memories so quickly. Having a child after 40, it takes a lot sometimes to think back to my youth... when Santa had square stone wheels on his sleigh!!
ReplyDeleteI am a follower of all that's crafty :)
ReplyDeleteMy favorite part of the holidays is family and friends. One year I had everyone over for Christmas dinner but did not have time to put up a tree so I used green ribbon on an empty wall for the tree, added package bows for the decorations, pinned a tree skirt to the wall, pushed all my packages up to the tree skirt. It was a hit with the family, and the cats, who denuded it of bows very quickly.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the great giveaway!
