Tasty Cannolis --more Pics for your Viewing Pleasure

Here are some more photos of the cannolis that we made on Saturday as part of my Photo an Hour post.
They are orange-flavoured and were SO awesome, I couldn't even have d inner afterward :)

This is a similar recipe to what was made, although I think Zen likely made a lot of his own changes to the recipe -- in particular I know he used port rather than the wine the recipe mentions, since we had that on hand.  The next time we make them, I'll document it more closely. Until then, enjoy the pictures!

  2. @Carrie I had only had them once or twice before too...basically if you love deep fried dough + mildy cheesy ricotta goodness, you will love them! It's a rich, but light dessert :)
